“Coach Mac” Basketball Clinics
Coach Mac and his popular youth basketball clinics are back! These super-affordable, well-organized two-hour clinics for boys and girls focus on fundamentals and offensive skill development through individual and group instruction. Ideal for kids participating in AAU or YMCA leagues. Clinics are conducted by longtime SOU men’s basketball coach Brian McDermott and his players and staff. Cost includes a t-shirt and admission to a SOU men's basketball game for all participants and players.

"Little Hoopsters" Youth Instructional Basketball League (K—2)
Medford’s youth instructional basketball league teaches kids in Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades some of the basic fundamentals of the game. Games will be held every Saturday for six weeks. Each week the players will learn skills to help them with this introduction to basketball. Parents are asked to participate and help with instruction of the players. The kindergarten-aged players will be placed on a coed team while the 1st and 2nd grade players will be placed on a separate (boy/girl) team.

Youth Basketball Game Camp 
Our popular youth basketball camp is even better than ever! The game camp features three hours of development led by longtime Southern Oregon University men's basketball coach Brian McDermott and his Raider players. Campers receive a half-hour skills clinic then play tons of organized competitions with a new set of teammates each day. Awards are based on individual winning percentage in the team format. Top performers receive MVP awards. Bring a water bottle. Each participant receives a free basketball.
